According to the information provided by the Citizens Appeal Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, significant decrease in the volume of postal receipts is connected primarily with the situation in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and with holding of antiterrorist operation on the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.

Generally, 66,1 thousand of issues were submitted, of which 43,5 % pertain to the law order, and realization of civil rights and freedoms; 9,9 % – social protection; 9,7 % – activity of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, President of Ukraine and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 6,2 % – financial, tax, and customs policy; 5,5% -  labour and wages; 3,0 % - housing and communal services, as well as education; 3,0 % -  scientific, technical and innovation activity, as well as intellectual property; 2,6% - housing policy; and 2,5 – health care.
